Frontier Capital Partners is a private equity investment firm based in Los Angeles.  Through our investment vehicles we invest in growing and established businesses in North America.

We will consider opportunities in most business sectors, but favor companies with strong cash flow characteristics and defensible margins. We can be equity sponsors for a buy-out, recapitalization or restructuring, and can also provide capital to support an acquisition strategy.

We prefer to invest alongside business owners and management teams who have a meaningful economic stake in the success of their business, but will also consider opportunities which require a new management team.

We look for investments which require $10-50 million of capital.  We do have the ability to make larger investments, either initially or for follow-on opportunities.
